Think Big Maintenance has the in-house capacity to undertake planned and reactive maintenance. Working with estate agents, we have developed bespoke packages to suit individual needs. Our teams are fully equipped to achieve a first time fix on all reactive call outs, providing excellent value for money. Currently working for a number of letting agents across Nottingham, we have developed the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to deliver a comprehensive maintenance service.

Our maintenance operatives not only hold relevant qualifications and accreditation's but also have extensive experience of working across commercial and domestic properties.
All staff assigned to our maintenance contracts are aware of their responsibilities to maintain a safe environment for building occupants. With this, they have been trained to deliver a polite and professional service, recognising the importance of safeguarding best practice.
